Was doing a quick drive to Vegas from Park City. UT. Cedar City is always our stopping point for a meal and we try and find new places when we go. This was our first trip to The Taj. We were there on a Tuesday, around 11:30 am in mid November. At first we almost moved on but after we ate we were glad we did not do so.
