Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working

I want to be able to play my movies just through the USB port in the glove box. When I stick the USB and press MEDIA, then AUX my movies on the USB pop up (almost like tracks on a song) when I click one the sound of the movie will begin to play but nothing comes up on the 2nd row seat screen. It just shows the divided screen 1 and screen 2.

One of the comments in Q&A section states this. May be this will work with the overhead DVD player. As I am reading more reviews of other IR headphones, seems like most of them should work with overhead DVD player. It is the Uconnect theater that does not work with normal headphones.
