Costco logistics and Costco concierge are a disaster. The appliances are already out of warranty when costco sells them, and then they break, then you have to deal with the manufacturer. Costco logistics and Concierge services wasted about 9 hours of my time, over a week, to try to get a replacement for a defective $1100 range.
