They won't deactivate your account for one complaint. I'm thinking your brand new to the platform and already got a did not deliver complaint, which is why they suspended your account. I don't think I've ever gotten a did not deliver complaint on DD but on UE i've had two so far. Nothing can really be done except for try to appeal.
