I cancelled my Verizon fios account and needed to drop off the router and equipment. I arrived 6:30 on Tuesday evening. Waited less than 5 minutes. The guy was not super engaging, nor very friendly. He robotically said put your equipment on the counter unplugged without wires, wires go in the bin and I'll send you a confirmation email.
