At the start of my new fortress some dwarves got injured in a cave-in and I assigned them quickly to beds and a hospital zone in the middle of a hallway. I eventually built an actual hospital with the necessary tools near them, but I can't make my dwarves move them at all. I even took away their beds, but they just rest in the hallway forever ... Only dwarves with Masonry enabled will work on it, then. (Unless you're building it out of wood, or metal, which will need Carpenters or Blacksmiths.)
