I think they are like Shirataki noodles. I don't have any specific recipes but they work great in place of rice noodles. I've used them in a lot of stir fry recipes, they are really good in Thai food also. Make sure you boil them first to get rid of the fishy taste. I think they taste better with Asian food or in soups.
