I ended up spending a bit of time trying to figure it out, and it seems that you need to go to GT Auto -> Customize Cars -> Custom Parts -> Rear -> Type B. For whatever reason that changed the maximum front downforce from 100 to 200 for me. The original setting is showing a lot of understeer , to correct this , you need to use full front downforce and almost minimum rear downforce to balance the car. If you want to use it at 800PP , bad news.
