They're very similar exercises. I personally refer reverse nordics (I feel like I can focus on my quads better, since I don't have to pay as much attention to balance), and I also think that, all else equal, reverse nordics are SLIGHTLY better, because they're training your quads through a deeper knee flexion ROM.
